We were just checking in at the sales center and the prices for the 50 ft lot classics are going  went up in November. It was a modest price increase but god news for those who already decided.

Builders in the Orlando area have been gradually raising prices and year on year, home prices are up.
Fortunately the interest rates have remained stable.
